'Waterside' est un appartement d'une chambre au premier étage sur les rives de la rivière Brede; dans la ville pittoresque et historique de Rye, East Sussex.

Comme «Waterside» est la fin de la terrasse, il bénéficie d'une vue à double aspect depuis le salon à aire ouverte, gardant la pièce lumineuse et lumineuse quelle que soit la saison. Les portes-fenêtres s'ouvrent pour révéler des vues idylliques sur la rivière, offrant un endroit idéal pour observer les bateaux naviguer ou naviguer le long de Rock Channel ou pour observer l'abondance d'oiseaux plongeant au-dessus de l'eau à la recherche d'une délicieuse collation. La propriété dispose d'une chambre double, d'une salle de bains et d'un salon décloisonné avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas désigné et un endroit confortable pour se remettre d'une journée à errer dans les rues pavées de Rye.
L'hébergement est parfait pour un long week-end ou un séjour plus long (avec le luxe supplémentaire d'un parking sur place attribué au cas où vous auriez envie de petites excursions) et beaucoup tombent amoureux de ce bel endroit à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville.

For a short break the accommodation is great - walking distance to the town and a wonderful view. Pleased to be able to arrive at our leisure. Good to have car parking. Flat was clean and well equipped. The view of the river was great and the location was quiet and peaceful. It was very nice to have a non alcoholic drink in a welcome pack - as a tee total person, this was the only time I drank the welcome drink- thank you. Everything was meticulously clean and the bed more comfortable than most.

We had a wonderful stay in picture perfect Rye. The apartment is brilliantly situated - about a 5 min (flat) walk from the bottom of the town - and having parking was a bonus. We loved getting out and about but also had a wonderful evening popping the chairs in front of the window and watching the terns and ducks on the water. Communication was fantastic and everything in the apartment was great, from the well-stocked kitchen equipment to the lovely soft bedding. Thanks for a great trip!

We very much enjoyed our visit, and hope to stay at Waterside again. The location is very convenient for all amenities. Parking arrangements worked perfectly. Property was very clean, well furnished and decorated. Would have liked a washing machine rather than a dishwasher in a two-person apartment.

Immaculate apartment but mediocre value for money. Apartment was immaculate throughout and fairly close to the town centre if you are a mobile person but do take a torch at night. Instructions in the booklet were helpful and clear except how to use the heater. Good tips on local facilities. The size of the apartment meant there was no hanging space for clothes and lack of comfortable lounge seating. It was overpriced for an apartment of this size.

We know Rye well so our stay was just what we expected. The outlook over the river was the main reason we chose the location. The property was bright and clean. Was surprised only a fridge with no icebox. We took some frozen food so had to quickly amend our plans.

Plus points were quiet location, comfy and warm, great for watching sunrise and birds. Very helpful to have the excellent bird book.
